NO ENTRY POLICY OWNERS OF ALL FARM ANIMALS OR MORE THAN 100 CHOOKS, EVEN PETS NOT FOR SLAUGHTER & HORSES ENTERING THE SHOWGROUND, MUST FILL OUT & SIGN THE OFFICIAL ASC WAVER FORM (unaltered), STATING THEIR NAME ADDRESS & PIC NUMBER. LOCAL LANDS SERVICE INSPECTORS MAY CARRY OUT SPOT CHECKS, A FINE OF $550 MAY APPLY TO NON COMPLYING ANIMAL OWNERS.
Your PIC may be obtained by contacting your Local Lands service lls.nsw.goy.au to register your property or find out the PIC of the property where your horses are kept or ring Hunter Lands Service 49384900
A one off $11 fee applies to register your property. (Competitors PLEASE do the right thing by your animals, your fellow competitors, the show, the biosecurity of our Nation, and our food supply, register your property & supply your PIC number)
