Entry Registration with Showday

Entry Fee – $2 Members/Juniors, $4 Non-Members/No Concession
Delivery of Exhibits 10am – 3pm Tuesday 17th October or 2pm – 7pm Wednesday 18th
October

ALL drawings and paintings to be framed or mounted for safe hanging using ‘D’ Hooks,
Suitable string or wire that will not break. All staples are to be covered with tape.

All drawings or paintings not to exceed 91.5 x 61cm (3x2ft). Maximum entries of three per
person in each class.

10% of Sale Commissions go to the Agricultural Association.
Certificates for 1st,2nd & 3rd Places will be awarded in each Class
Champion Ribbons will be awarded at Judges discretion.

Note: All Classes must have three or more artworks entered before a monetary prize is
awarded.

Copyright of paintings is protected and reproduction in any form without the written
permission of Artist exhibiting work is Prohibited.

ALM AWARD OF $100.OO WILL GO TO THE CHAMPION OF THE SHOW (Senior Section) with
Encouragement Award of $30 to be awarded to Junior Artist from Class 1711 or 1712 who
shows the most potential.

The Bob Edwards Trophy for the Most Successful Artist with 1st Place in three or more
classes will be advised by Art Steward after judging has been completed.
