Welcome to the 64th annual Morisset Lake Macquarie District Agricultural Show 2018
This year will see our best program yet. The show has been reduced from 3 days to 2 to ensure a fun filled, action packed family weekend.
The Dog Show will now move to the Sunday to give a better opportunity for people from far
and wide to exhibit commencing at 8.00am
There will also be new and exciting shows and exhibits from The Kate Clancy Horse Show, Fire lit Whip Cracking Demonstrations, Sheep Shearing, Fly Ball competition and Displays, Ute Muster and Motor Bike Show.
All the old favourites are back.
On both days there will be Live Entertainment , the very popular kids Animal Nursery, Large
Horse Program, Exhibits from Art – Craft – Cooking — Horticulture and Photography , Displays from the Police ,SES ,Fire Brigade & Marine Recue , Trade Stands, Stalls ,Carnival & Pony Rides ,Food Stalls ,Show Bags and a walk in history with photos from the Morisset Historical Society.
Saturday features include Cattle & Poultry Showing.
At 1.30 pm you will see the official opening and crowning of the 2018 Show Girl and a new and improved Rodeo program commencing from 5.30pm to take us into the night followed by the Fireworks Display
Sunday will Feature Goats on Show, The Dog Groomers Shoot Out, Wood Chopping, Free Pet Show and finals of the Wife Carrying Competition.
We pride ourselves on showcasing our district and beyond and to bring to you the public the very best in Agriculture exhibits and Local Displays.
